Does the schedule support 12-hour and overnight shifts?
Yes. Shifts can cross midnight, and daily and double-time overtime are calculated on the actual hours worked.
Where is our data stored?
The database and uploaded files are hosted in Canada (AWS Canada Central). Sub-processors and their locations are listed in the Data Processing Agreement.
