Yes. Lock any tablet as a terminal from the Attendance page. Employees identify with their employee ID and a PIN, and punches keep queuing if the connection drops.

No. There is a single plan with every feature and unlimited users, so there is nothing to choose and no seats to buy. Admins can switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel, anytime from Settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Nothing is deleted. An admin can subscribe from Settings to keep going; until then the organization is paused and your data is kept. No credit card is needed to start the 14-day trial, and every feature is included during it.

Yes. Admins can change the billing period from Settings at any time. Annual billing is two months cheaper than twelve monthly payments, and either way the price is per organization, not per person.

Cancel anytime from Settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and there are no cancellation fees. Refund handling for the different cases is spelled out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

No. Multiple schedules and job sites are included in the one flat price, and staff can be shared across locations. The bill is the same whether you run one site or ten.

Approved timesheets sync to QuickBooks Online (Essentials or Plus) as time activities. For everything else, export a payroll CSV in Ceridian/Dayforce, ADP Canada, ADP, Gusto, QuickBooks, Standard or Generic format.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each organization is isolated with role-based access controls.

Your database and uploaded files are hosted in Canada (AWS Canada Central, Montréal). Some service providers (payments, e-mail delivery and error monitoring) process limited data in the United States, as listed in our Data Processing Agreement.

Yes. Anyone can turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app from My Profile, and it is mandatory for platform administrators.

Admins can request a complete export of the organization’s data from Settings, and any user can delete their own account from My Profile or the website. Records an employer must keep for payroll are anonymized rather than removed.
