Choose to flag or to block a clock-in outside the geofence. The rule is enforced in the database, not only in the app, and workers who genuinely need an exception request a geofence override the foreman approves.
Punches queue when there is no signal
A locked tablet in the site trailer queues punches offline and replays them when the signal returns. Nothing is lost between the trailer and the office.
Exports for Canadian payroll

Does GPS drain the crew’s phones?
Location is checked only at the moment of clock-in and clock-out. There is no continuous tracking.
Can we track certifications like Working at Heights or WHMIS?
Yes. Certifications carry a number and an expiry date, and the "expiring soon" filter shows who needs a renewal before the next job.
Can hours be reported per project?
Set each project up as a job site. The Hours by Job Site report and the CSV exports break hours down by site.
